Cole Jones

Cole Jones is the founder and Managing Partner of Patmos Capital Partners. He helps manage all aspects of investment activities for Patmos including deal sourcing, investor relations, asset management and strategic direction of the firm. Cole founded the firm with a strong background in real estate finance. He was previously a debt and equity analyst at Northmarq Capital, one of the top commercial real estate intermediaries in the country. While at Northmarq, he developed capital relationships with opportunity funds, family offices, insurance companies, debt funds, CMBS lenders, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and domestic banks. Cole was able to leverage those relationships to execute over $3 billion of joint ventures, preferred equity raises, fixed-rate loans, bridge loans, and construction loans. Cole is a graduate of Southern Methodist University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics. He and his wife, Lauren reside in Richardson, TX with their children Brady, Lincoln, and Ava.

Cooper Wagner is a Partner at Patmos Capital Partners and has been a critical part of the firm’s growth since joining shortly after its founding in 2021. He is primarily focused on deal sourcing, private equity strategy, investor relations, and helping set the strategic direction of the firm. Since joining Patmos, Cooper has played a key role in scaling the platform and supporting its expansion across multiple investment verticals. Cooper is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. He and his wife, Logan, reside in Dallas, TX with their children Palmer, Chancey, Finley, and Wilder.

He brings a broad professional background spanning corporate leadership, in-house legal roles, litigation, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, manufacturing, and emerging technologies. Jeff has worked across both operating companies and investment platforms, providing practical legal and strategic support to growing businesses. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Franklin Pierce School of Law. Jeff and his wife, Meghan, live in Wisconsin with their daughter, Maria.

Robert Vick

Robert Vick serves as a Vice President with Patmos Capital Partners. His current focus is on acquisitions and asset management. Before joining Patmos, Robert spent ten years on Young Life staff in the Dallas area. In his last role at Young Life, he led and developed the local board, staff, fundraising, and overall strategy for the area. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kansas, a Master in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary, and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He and his wife, Kailey, reside in Dallas, TX with their three kids.

Bryce Young serves as Vice President for Patmos Capital Partners. His primary focus is sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Patmos, Bryce was an Investment Associate at ORIX, where he oversaw the underwriting and asset management for a portfolio of investments in multifamily, senior housing, healthcare, and education sectors. Prior to joining ORIX, Bryce was an Investment Analyst at CPMG, an investment management firm specializing in both public and private equities. Bryce is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance. He and his wife, Ann, reside in Dallas, TX.

Jordan Salim

Jordan serves as a Vice President for Patmos Capital Partners. Jordan leads due diligence of operating company investment opportunities. Prior to joining Patmos, Jordan spent six years as an analyst at Pinnacle Family Office, where he diligenced publicly traded companies and made investment recommendations. During his tenure, the fund meaningfully outperformed its benchmark. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Jordan completed his studies at Southern Methodist University, graduating in 2.5 years with a bachelor’s degree in finance and an Alternative Asset Management concentration. Jordan and his wife Audrey have three kids Jonathan, Lydia, and Callahan.

Cole Thomas

Cole serves as CFO for Patmos Capital Partners, focusing on financials and internal controls. Before joining Patmos, he audited financials and evaluated internal controls with Armanino, LLP and MHP, LLP. His exposure to a wide range of industries – funds, manufacturers and distributors, software providers, and more – provide guidance to the various investments of Patmos. Further, he looks forward to continuing to grow in expertise as Patmos grows. Cole is a graduate of Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business (MSA) and a licensed CPA. When he is not working, there is a good chance he is working out, reading Dostoevsky and CS Lewis, or dreaming of running his own farm in Wisconsin.

Carter Snelling

Carter serves as an Associate at Patmos Capital Partners. His primary focus is on the asset management of Patmos’ current portfolio and the underwriting of potential acquisition deals. Prior to joining Patmos, Carter was an Investment Analyst at Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments where he helped manage 4 million square feet of industrial space valued at over $350m in the DFW area and assisted with the disposition of $40m in industrial real estate. Carter is a graduate of Texas A&M where he received his BBA in Finance. He and his wife, Landry, currently live in Dallas and enjoy being involved in their church community, serving in HP KLIFE and doing anything outdoors such as skiing, hiking, hunting, and camping.

Toby Trotter
Investor Relations

Toby Trotter serves as part of the investor relations team at Patmos Capital Partners. He joined the team in March 2023 and is focused on investor outreach and monthly reporting. Prior to joining Patmos, Toby spent 20 years as a coach for various football programs. Early in his career, he represented major league baseball players as their sports agent.Toby resides in Highland Park with his wife Cari and his three children Cade, Ainsley, and Shelby Kate.
